WinterFest 2010

We have been having a lot of trouble lately with Griffin and bedtime, it has been a battle since New Year's Eve. And not a fun one. This weekend we decided to try to break it! Saturday we went to an outdoor festival in Windham. It was centered around children, there were horse drawn carriage rides, numerous bands for kids and a RAVE X snowmobile show! Griffin was so excited about this!! We were so close to the riders that Griffin was exchanging thumbs up with them. He had the biggest smile on his face. He has been talking about how the snowmobilers were doing jumps! He had wet socks and was so exhausted he fell asleep in the car on the ride home! Sunday morning we met up with Tya and Levi at the playground. They had a lot of fun playing together. Griffin was not into going down for his nap at 11 even though he was exhausted. He ended up going down at 1:30 so we were late getting to Wyatt's birthday party. They had a sledding party which sounded like a blast, but Griffin needed his sleep. After a quick visit with the Sjulanders we headed to the camp for dinner with Andrew's family to celebrate his mothers birthday. It was nice to see all the aunts and uncles, in the winter we don't see each other as much as the in the summer. Monday Griffin and I spent the day together, we played games, puzzles, danced and sang songs. It was so nice to spend some quality time together.
