Well this is his first week going full days. Monday wasn't the best day. Griff had only taken 2.5 oz as of early afternoon and was totally refusing it, but then finally gave in around 4 and took another 2.5 oz. The pediatrician said that it is okay if he doesn't take a bottle during the day as long as he makes up for it at night. And that he did. But he did sleep real well at night, only got up for 1 feeding. So I finally was able to catch up on a little sleep.
So we will see what today holds. When I called at ten he was just waking up and she hadn't tried to feed him yet. I haven't heard anything yet and it has been 3 hours so I am thinking positive.

He isn't' sleeping as much as I would like (only about 8-9 hours a day) but the Dr said that he is not concerned because he is still a very happy baby. Luckily he sleeps mostly at night. He is also not taking a bottle anymore. That is an issue that we have been trying to rectify for the past few weeks. (We have tried everything, I mean everything) The pediatrician suggested trying a sippy cup. That wasn't a big hit either. We are not giving up though but the countdown has begun because Griffin starts daycare in January when I go back to work.
