Day at the Beach!

We spent Monday at the Ogunquit Beach. Griffin had a great time playing in the sand and water. So much fun that we had to cut the day a little early because he didn't want to take a nap but so needed one! Here are some pictures! Enjoy.

Boat Weekend!

My sister and her family came to visit this weekend. We went to Long Lake via the locks system. It was a lot of fun. I forgot my camera at home, this is my only picture from the day! Thanks Ken. Today we went out for an afternoon boat ride and had dinner at the local sandbar. Griffin went skinny dipping! He is so cute! Tomorrow we are going to the beach in Ogunquit. Looking forward to more fun times and good weather.

Pee Pee on the Potty

Saturday Night Griffin went pee pee on the potty. Yipee! I missed it of course. But he went again Monday Night and I was there. He is so funny. Thinks he is the man! Downfall is that he goes in the big potty so he does drip a little on the stool.

Weekend went by way too fast... nothing new though. The weather was beautiful. Saturday we celebrated Connor and Caleb's 7th birthday! Hard to imagine they are that old!

Sunday we took the boat over to the sandbar at the state park and played on the beach. Our plan was to have Griffin take his nap on the boat but he had other plans. He thought it was party time all by himself in the cabin. We ended up taking a ride up the river and eventually Griffin fell asleep snuggling on the bed with me.. The lake was a little rough in the afternoon which is typical for a weekend.

Catching up with Friends

Saturday our friends stopped by the lake... It was great to catch up and hang out.....it was like old times especially when we all trespassed on a huge trampoline on the lake with a slide.... fun times at the lake

Week with the Family

My mom, grandfather, uncle and neices were up last week. It was great having everyone up. I was only able to take one day off but it was a great week. Beth was able to come up for a few days. My grandfather brought up some clams that he had dug before his trip. They were yummy. We went out on the jet ski and also went tubing. MacKenzie and Maddie had a blast. I even got Nora on the jet ski for a sunset cruise. There are pictures I just need to get them.. to be posted later... We went to Wells to visit Jack and Anne and their family. It was a great time! Griffin has never been to the beach and had a great time with the sand and water. It was low tide when we got there so he was able to dig and run all over the place. The older kids went surfing and fishing. Maddie caught a fish which was delicous. It was great week, I was sad to see them leave... as always.

Pirate Party

Well the warmer weather finally arrived.

So we had a Pirate Pizza Party with a few friends.

They had a blast.

Clam Festival Weekend & More

I am a little late updating and posting pictures... A few weeks ago we went to the Yarmouth Clam Festival... it was great time, delicious food and a carnival too. Griffin and I went down the giant slide together.. I was a little nervous at first and then Griffin let out the loudest "Weee" and everything was good. Then when we got to the bottom it was all about "I do it again"
