I took a real cute video of the baby and Gunnar but it is too big so I am trying to cut it down. Then I took a few shorter ones but they didn't come out very well, so we will try again soon.

Griffin is doing good, he picked up a cold from daycare a few weeks back and gave it to Andrew and I last week. Just when we were starting to feel better Griffin started again with a runny nose, then woke up Saturday Morning with conjunctivitis. And when we went to the Dr she said he also has an ear infection. To add to his discomfort his top teeth are starting to bother him. Poor Little Guy!

So it wasn't a fun holiday weekend at the Spires home, but we did a lot of snuggling. He is also going through an attachment phase, we are hoping it is a short one.

Finding His Voice

Griffin is finding his voice. Here is a video of the monster yelling. He does say MaMa and DaDa and some other unidentifiable words. He goes off on these long rambling sessions, usually in the car.

And yes he has a toothbrush, it has helped with his teething. He chews on it while I make dinner.

Bad A$$ In Training

I love this outfit. He was so silly when I was taking his picture, laughing and wiggling.

Now that Griffin has all this hair we can do fun stuff with it. I think he looks a lot like Andrew in this picture. It might just be the expression though.

Poor Griffin had his first ear infection.

He is doing much better now.

As you can see Daddy was zonked

from staying up with Griffin all night.
